Extreme and harsh posts are a familiar sight in the landscape of social networks. In the current reality, employers often have to deal with unusual publications by employees who take part in this phenomenon.
The Director of our Labor Law Department, Adv. Limor Argov-Shenhav, answered questions from Calcalist magazine in order to understand in which cases an employer can fire an employee who posted unusual messages on social media and what damage may be caused to the employer by such publications.
