Completion of a complex transaction combining mergers and acquisitions and real estate development

Advocates Dror Toren, Avi Ben-Yaakov, Orel Bar-Dayan and Shahar Rosenthal handled a complex transaction combining mergers and acquisitions with real estate development (in this case, operational real estate), totaling NIS 60,000,000.

As part of the transaction, our firm represented the rights holders in a private hospital in the central region in a transaction in which the rights holders sold their holdings in the company operating the hospital, and separately sold their rights in the land on which the hospital is built.
