Congratulations to our customer Top Group on acquiring control of Constro

Advocates Yigal Koloff and Ofer Yankovic of our firm represented Top Group in negotiations to acquire Constru Ltd, a technology start-up company engaged in photography-based AI applications at a construction site, producing them for decision-support information.
Constro aims to enable property owners, developers and general contractors to finish projects consistently ahead of schedule and at a cost below budget, while reducing overall project costs by 2-4%.
Constro collapsed about a year ago, and entered insolvency proceedings, in the framework of which the Top Group made an offer to acquire it through our firm, and won the approval of the company’s creditors.
