Congratulations to our customers on completing the acquisition of full control of PM Group

Advocates Dror Toren and Ofer Brown represented a number of shareholders in PM Group, which manufactures high-tech electronic systems, in a series of interlocking and complex transactions that included various aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions, bank financing and corporate governance.

Upon completion of the transactions, which together are estimated at over NIS 40,000,000, the group of purchasers in the transaction acquired full control of the PM Group, and at the same time the PM Group completed a refinancing process of the Group’s activities, in which we also represented the Group.
