Gav-Yam signed two lease deals at Gav-Yam Ra’anana for NIS 85 million

Our firm represented Gav-Yam and Shufersal Real Estate in two lease agreements under which Texas Instrument and NCR will lease several floors each, in the Gav-Yam Raanana project, which is being built by our authority and includes two office buildings of 10 floors each, totaling tens of thousands of square meters.
