Green Light for Ben Shemen South Tel Aviv Program

Our firm represented the principal rights holder in the Ben Shemen South complex in Tel Aviv, in an appeal submitted to the Appeals Subcommittee of the National Planning and Building Council by some members of the District Committee.

The National Council decided to reject the appeal and gave the green light to approve the Tara plan.

On Ben Shemen South land, a 65-story residential, commercial and employment tower will be built, totaling thousands of square meters.
