Adv. Nir Moshe Mizrahi joined Weksler Bregman & Co. in 2025 as an attorney in the Real Estate Department.
Nir specializes in real estate and real estate taxation, with particular expertise in the tax aspects of complex real estate transactions. His practice includes accompanying and promoting residential real estate projects, managing negotiations in real estate transactions, industrial real estate development, construction projects and infrastructure, advising housing companies, and supporting commercial projects and shopping centers.
He regularly advises, among others, leading Israeli real estate companies in the development of residential projects totaling thousands of housing units, from the tender winning stage, through project financing, engagement with authorities and contractors, to occupancy. He represents development companies in transactions with landowners in combination deals, proceeds agreements and construction services, as well as in land partition proceedings.
Provides ongoing guidance and legal counsel to financial institutions regarding credit provision and securities for asset and real estate acquisition. He specializes in urban renewal projects, including TAMA 38 and evacuation-construction, with emphasis on real estate taxation and planning aspects. He has gained significant experience in handling complex real estate transactions with tax authorities and planning authorities.
