Advocate Eli Aviv is a partner in the International Commercial Department and in the Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Eli specializes in mergers & acquisitions and in complex transactions both in Israel and overseas and has particular expertise in the technology sector, where he gives legal support on all aspects of commercial and corporate law to companies engaged in a variety of business activities. His primary expertise is in representing Israeli and international corporations on issues relating to international trade, civil and commercial law in Israel, mergers & acquisitions, complex technology transactions (relating to both the corporate aspects and to the business and technology aspects), competition and anti-trust law, joint ventures, intellectual property, distribution, manufacture, software development, franchising and more.

Inter alia, Eli has represented an Israeli public company in the sale of its holdings in a subsidiary to an international energy company, at a valuation of 225 million dollars, and has since accompanied this company in several transactions to acquire holdings in companies, partnerships and funds. In addition, Eli represented another public company in the sale of 50% of its holdings in a subsidiary owning electricity-producing plants, at a value of billions of shekels, and provided representation to an Israeli bank in all of its contractual engagements with its technology suppliers for the transfer of the bank’s thousands of employees to its new campus and construction of technologically state of the art facilities for those employees.
