Advocate Eran Shuster is a senior partner in the Capital Market and Corporations Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
Eran has great experience and expertise in the corporate sector, the capital market and securities law. He oversees processes involving some of the most substantial transactions in capital raising and complex debt arrangements in the Israeli economy, in domestic and international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and transaction-financing, as well as providing ongoing support and representation to a wide range of clients on all aspects of these areas.
In the context of his role, Adv. Shuster has advised his clients on all issues relating to raising capital and debt from the public and from institutional investors, on prospectuses, corporate governance, changes in organizational structure, transactions with controlling shareholders, negotiating with the various regulatory bodies, complex transactions that could have an impact the Israeli economy, and has also represented the sellers in the sale of an Israeli bank.
Eran is involved in the debt settlement arrangements for public corporations that have issued bonds to the public (such as the arrangement by Africa Israel Investments Ltd., which was the largest and most complex debt settlement, in the Israeli economy), alongside overseeing debt settlements reached within the banking system.
