Moran Arzi

Advocate Moran Arzi is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Moran specializes in all facets of real estate with particular emphasis on providing support for residential property projects, advising mortgage companies and giving guidance on commercial building projects and income-yielding transactions.

Her expertise includes the management of projects entailing complex registration issues, such as the registration of condominiums, TAMA demolition/rebuilding transactions, easement rights and parcelization. Moran provides guidance to companies on aspects of mortgage company management and to companies engaged in residential and commercial construction, as well as advising promoters on unique, long-term leasing projects and drafting rental agreements for large scale retail properties.

Morans’ clients include some of the largest companies that operate in the residential, commercial and income-yielding property sector, as well as companies from one of Israel’s largest fashion groups.

Adv. Arzi is responsible for the registration of complicated, involved multi-ownership projects, including the Tel Aviv Municipality and the Israel Lands Authority.

In addition. Moran represents and gives legal support, inter alia, to companies in one of Israel’s largest fashion groups on agreements for the leasing of thousands of sq. m.; to one of the country’s largest real estate companies on issues related to the construction of a prestige residential and commercial project in Tel Aviv – including with respect to all aspects of project financing; to a public company on the planning and construction of a unique project in Hertzliyah, and more.
