Advocate Oded Alon is an associate lawyer in the Labor Law Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
Prior to joining Weksler Bregman in 2022, Oded worked and acquired great experience at a boutique law firm specializing in labor law, where he represented employer organizations, public companies, employers in the services sector – including security and protection, the cleaning industry, the care and hotel sectors, manpower companies and employees in senior positions.
In the context of Oded’s work in our firm’s labor law department, he advises the firm’s clients – both local and international – on issues relating to personal and collective labor law and provides organizations with guidance and legal representation on all aspects of employment, including drafting agreements involving both labor and commercial law (employment agreements, dismissals and agreements to engage with contractors); recruiting and absorbing employees, providing support at hearings and dismissal proceedings, disciplinary hearings, due diligence, legal opinions, etc.
