Advocate Ofer Braun is an associate lawyer in the Commercial and International Law Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
Ofer worked as an intern at the firm’s commercial law department in 2018 and returned to us in 2020 after qualifying.
Ofer specializes in all facets of commercial law and provides his clients with all-inclusive legal support on their operations, starting out from their day-to-day activities and up to and including the strategic events that occur in the life of a firm. He guides his clients in mergers and acquisitions and in complex domestic and international transactions; in the drafting of all kinds of complicated commercial agreements, both in Israel and overseas, relating to complex investment and M&A transactions, joint ventures, financing and consultancy on labor law.
In addition to his work in the commercial sector, Ofer has worked extensively in the field of fashion and consumerism, where he has acquired extensive experience in providing support to one of Israel’s largest, leading fashion groups.
