Oren Pechthold

Advocate Oren Pechthold is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

He joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2012.

Oren has great experience in overseeing complex cases and representing leading companies in complicated, civil and commercial litigation files, with particular expertise in class actions, banking, company and securities law and in liquidation proceedings.

He combines his thorough grasp of all aspects of a case with the provision of personalized, highly professional legal services – from the outset of a file up to its conclusion. His expertise encompasses all the processes for resolving disputes, including his proven experience in appearing at the various legal instances and at mediation and arbitration proceedings, both and out of court.

Adv. Pechthold’s clients include leading Israeli banks, companies and commercial entities. He  represented, inter alia, an international corporation in a complex cross-border arbitration involving tens of millions of Shekels; various banks (including an overseas banking entity) in class actions and in the intricate claims filed against the banks; and he represented a foreign bank, and more.

Oren provides a highly personal service to his clients and lays great stress on providing professional support that is tailored to the needs and satisfaction of each client.
