Advocate Reut Glick is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
Reut interned at the firm in 2017, and joined as a lawyer after qualifying in 2018.
Reut works on all aspects of real estate including by providing her legal support to residential housing projects, urban renewal, and large complex transactions involving purchase-sale and combination transactions, project financing, industrial and hotel land development, and the registration of condominiums.
Adv. Glick represents leading Israeli banks in complex real estate deals and gives financial guidance on projects. Reut also provides ongoing support and advice on all issues relating to the provision of the credit required to acquire real estate and to finance construction, and on providing the necessary securities.
Reut also specializes in guiding urban renewal projects throughout the country, both for apartment owners and for developers. Her services are provided from the project’s initial stages and include the preparation of agreements between developers, apartment owners and service providers, as well as the ancillary agreements relating to project financing and the planning and licensing processes, and culminate in the final registration of the properties at the Land Registry.
