Advocate Sharon Drori-Wichelewski is a partner in the Banking and Finance Department and in the Corporate and Capital Market Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Sharon joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2011.

Sharon’s extensive years of experience and expertise in banking and finance, corporations and the capital market, have enabled her to successfully provide advice and ongoing legal support to many banking corporations and financial institutions, which include public entities and other reporting corporations. In this context, Sharon is involved in providing legal advice on a wide range of topics, which include, inter alia, complex banking and regulatory matters, legal advice regarding the legal  duties to which reporting corporations are subject, contact with regulatory institutions, assistance and support in preparing statements and reports to the public, as well as legal advice on corporate governance, transactions with controlling shareholders, executive remuneration, employee compensation plans, as well as internal enforcement programs.

In addition, Sharon has many years of experience in the appointment and support of company secretaries at reporting corporations, including the company secretary of one of Israel’s largest banking corporations.

Over the years, Sharon has provided ongoing legal advice on all operational aspects of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd., the Stock Exchange clearinghouse and the MAOF clearinghouse, including advising on all legislative issues relating to the stability of such clearinghouses, corporate governance and office holders’ remuneration.

In addition, Sharon has been providing ongoing legal services to one of Israel’s largest fashion groups, which entailed the oversight of a long series of securities issuances, various transactions and corporate processes of public companies, including the publication of prospectuses, raising capital from the public and from institutional investors, the publication of company profiles and the issuance of employee share option programs, etc.
