Tal Kaufman

Advocate Tal Kaufman is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Tal interned at the firm and joined as a lawyer after qualifying in 2020.

Tal is engaged on all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis on providing support on promoting residential real estate projects, negotiating land transactions, the development of industrial land, infrastructure projects, giving guidance on commercial tenders and the registration of condominiums.

In addition, Tal provides ongoing support and legal counsel to financial corporations on all aspects of lines of credit and securities relating to the acquisition of properties, land, projects, etc.

Inter alia, Adv. Kaufman represented one of Israel’s leading real estate companies in the implementation of a residential housing project involving about 900 living units, including units at a “price per occupant” and units at a “free market price”, starting from the stage of entering and winning the tender, through to the stage of financing the project, engaging with the authorities and contractors, and culminating in the stage of occupying the apartments and registration as a condominium.
