Tal Zelinger is an intern in the Capital Markets Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.
As part of his work, he provides legal counsel to leading public companies in the Israeli economy on a variety of issues, including controlling shareholder transactions, corporate governance, executive compensation, organizational restructuring, reporting entity obligations, and more.
Prior to joining the firm, Tal worked in a pre-internship position in real estate and as a lecturer in international relations. He also interned at numerous organizations and institutions such as: the Israeli Knesset, Human Rights Commission in the U.S. Congress, the office of the Chairman of the European Parliament’s Constitutional Affairs Committee, and NATO’s Legal Affairs office. Additionally, Tal is the Founder and President of The International Diplomacy Initiative, a global organization that promotes diplomacy.
Furthermore, he interned at various research institutes: the Abba Eban Institute for International Diplomacy, the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT), and the Institute for Policy and Strategy (IPS).
