Tzach Lilos Trainee in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bergman & Co.
As part of his work, Tzach supports projects in the field of urban renewal, residential real estate, and commercial real estate, providing legal counsel on purchase, financing, and leasing transactions. Additionally, he offers legal guidance to banks in providing credit for real estate purchases and construction financing, including the creation of securities. Tzach also handles commercial transactions for leading retail chains in negotiations with shopping centers and commercial complexes.
Prior to joining the firm, Tzach worked at a private investment fund specializing in renewable energy.
