Yossi Bregman

Advocate Yossi Bregman is an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman & Co.

Yossi joined the firm after qualifying in 2013.

For several years, Yossi has provided “in-house” legal services to one of Israel’s leading developers of residential housing. His services entail the provision of ongoing legal counsel and providing responses to all of the client’s financial, establishment and operational requirements.

Yossi operates in all sectors of real estate, with particular emphasis on supporting residential real estate projects, including the construction of “apartments for rent”, overseeing negotiations for large-scale, complex purchase and sale transactions, tenders for both revenue-generating and “apartments to let” projects, guiding companies on lease agreements, the construction of shopping centers and the registration of condominiums in residential projects and of office buildings, etc.

Yossi provides his ongoing guidance and legal services to some of Israel’s most substantial and dynamic real estate developers, as well as representing large banks in their real estate transactions and construction financing.

Yossi played an active role in the establishment of the first project in Israel for apartments for long-term rental, which was established in cooperation with Apartments for Rent – the government company for residence and rental, and he was involved from the tender stage, through to financing and construction, and culminating in the preparation of the lottery and populating the project. His role involves working with the project management and continuing, even now, to draw up designs and procedures for projects of this kind.
