Mega Or acquires half of the Plasto-Kargel plant for NIS 63 million

Advocates Avi Ben-Yaakov, Dror Toren, Orel Bar Dayan and Shahar Rosenthal represented Kargal Ltd. vis-à-vis Mega Or Holdings Ltd. in the sale of half of Kergal’s holdings in its subsidiary, Kargal Lehavim Ltd. (which owns a corrugated cardboard and packaging manufacturing plant), for NIS 63 million, as well as in negotiations for the signing of a new lease agreement (by the sold company, in relation to its factory) totaling NIS 180 million (the agreement will enter into force on the date of completion of the sale transaction).

As part of the transaction, the income-producing real estate company will pay Kargal NIS 42 million for its share in Kargel Lehavim shares, the company that owns the property • Mega Or will take on half of the NIS 42 million owner’s loan that Falsetto Kargel provided to the property company.
