Rent reform: a real revolution or a lot of fuss over nothing?

Against the background of the Ministry of Finance’s publication of the draft economic plan for public comment, which includes, inter alia, a proposal for reform in the rental market, Adv. Revital Reuven, partner in our Real Estate Department, participated in an article reviewing the measures planned as part of the reform.

The measures include, inter alia, provisions regarding designated planning for long-term rental projects by promoting rent-oriented complexes, expanding building rights, and maximizing the density potential.
