Top Group in negotiations to acquire Constru

Attorneys Igal Kolof and Ofer Yankovich from our firm represented the Top Group in negotiations to acquire Constru Ltd, a tech startup focused on AI applications based on construction site photographs, generating decision-support information.

Constru strived to enable owners, developers, and general contractors to consistently finish projects ahead of schedule and under budget, while reducing overall project costs by 2-4%.

Constru collapsed about a year ago and entered insolvency proceedings, during which the Top Group, represented by our firm, submitted a bid for its acquisition and received approval from the company’s creditors.
