Top Systems Group acquired Nipando’s operations in Israel

Advocates Eli Aviv, Yigal Koloff and Ofer Yankovic of our firm accompanied Top Systems Group in the acquisition of Nipando Ltd., which is controlled by American Express.
Nipando develops cloud solutions to streamline procurement, supply chain management and payment processes for suppliers between large corporations and their suppliers. The agreement will enable Top Systems to offer its Israeli customer portfolio added value through more efficient financial processes.
The acquisition strategically positions Top Systems as a value-added supplier to Israeli customers seeking to optimize financial processes vis-à-vis suppliers and customers.
We congratulate the Top Group on another acquisition, which joins dozens of previous acquisitions of software houses, and wish it that Nipando’s activity will be successfully integrated, further strengthening Top Group’s position at the forefront of Israel’s leading IT companies.
